There were several suggestions that you give yourself a few days to adjust to the pillow as it is different than a standard pillow which may throw you off at first, however, apparently becomes a favorite pillow after that adjustment period wears off.

Using an anti snore pillow works best if you are a light snorer or if you consistently snore when on your back but not when you are on your side. While there are home remedies to keep you off your back at night (some suggest sewing a half of a tennis ball to the back of your shirt), this one seems much more focused on providing an overall better sleep quality by accounting for issues with your spine, too.
