A contour CPAP pillow keeps your CPAP mask in place and free from the interference caused by regular pillows.
Using a traditional pillow can cause the mask to be pushed against your face making sleep less comfortable. The mask and hose assembly can also end up fighting with the pillow as you move around at night.
This contour pillow is suitable for almost all brands and sizes of masks. It has two concave sides which allow the mask to rest comfortably on your face without touching the pillow.
Because each side is contoured, you can sleep on either side, on your stomach, or on your back. Back sleepers also benefit from this pillow because of the additional neck support which keeps your jaw lifted and prevents you from putting additional weight on your respiratory passages.
The pillow provides firm support. An accessory kit is separately available which includes a hose cover to address condensation and a pillow cover for those whose shoulders are broader than average size.
The unique design and supportive core also keeps your neck and spine better aligned so you sleep more comfortably and experience fewer aches when you wake up.

Contour CPAP Pillow – Sleep Apnea Pillow
One of the most common complaints of sleep apnea sufferers is the comfort of their mask. Masks can chafe and rub one’s skin during the night. There are two reasons. The first is the mask fit. Make sure your size and type are adequate for the shape of your face. There should, but not tight, seal between the mask and your skin.
The second cause is the pillow. A mask may be rubbing the skin and causing you problems because it is being pushed around by the pillow as the wearer moves during sleep. If your CPAP mask is comfortable when you first put it on but starts giving you trouble in the middle of the night, try using a contour CPAP pillow to see if that doesn’t resolve the problem.
